Finally .... Progress

So, we've had some progress since my last post. Turns out my mom's MS was probably going to be in the way of me being a donor ... so we applied for financing to help cover costs for an IVF cycle by ourselves. It was something we truly did not want to do but it finally came down to that being the ONLY thing we could do besides MORE waiting, so we did it. We honestly didn't see getting approved BUT we did! Yay for debt lol.

We talked with my doctor and with the way things are looking at the present time we will be able to start with our next cycle! If all goes well I will restart birth control on Oct 2nd/3rd and will start my first injections on Oct 22nd. Our egg retrieval will be the week of Nov 7th (ironically our 6th wedding anniversary is on Nov 6th so it's a great way to celebrate lol). Our actual egg transfer should follow the next week and we should know if we are pregnant before Thanksgiving! Let's pray it's a GOOD thanksgiving this year. : )
